Capturing Swarms

Capturing a swarm of bees can be daunting for a new beekeeper!

In fact it is quite simple when you do it right by the bees.

When the swarm is on the ground or close to the ground, all you need to do is offering them a box for accommodation and place it right in front of them - the bees do the rest, as shown in our video clip on YouTube.

When the swarm of bees is not on the ground, all you need to do is scoop them up and shake them onto the ground right in front of the hive - the bees happily crawl in, as shown in our next video clip on YouTube.
